You get what you pay for. Mine stopped working after 1 month of use.

I guess I thought this would be exactly like my dell charger, but I should have paid closer attention. The charger works fine, but the cord is shorter than I’d like. It also is different from the dell version because the plug on the pack part is completely different from the dell one.
I think the description should be modified to say laptop charger THAT WORKS WITH instead of “for”, because it is a little confusing. Either way, I guess I can’t complain too much. It works, and it was cheap. Score.

Personally, I’ve had horrible experiences with the Dell AC adapters that have 3 prongs on the end. My family has three laptops and for some odd reason only the 2 prong AC adapters work effectively and last for years. After reading countless reviews on the Dell website I found other people agreed with this “3 prong problem”. Because of this I always seek out 2 prong AC adapters – such as the one displayed on this page. Well, I just received this adapter in the mail today and lo and behold.. IT’S A 3 PRONG AC ADAPTER! I’m not exactly sure how this company can show a picture and claim it’s the item you will receive when this is a blatant lie. I suggest anyone to be wary of what you will actually be getting in the mail, and by the way – if it breaks you’ll probably know why.
