When I received my order (which was extremely fast shipping) I had a problem with one of the cartridges. The seller was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Very professional Company and great price. The ink cartridges saved me $180.00 on Dell ink cartridges.

In my initial review I gave it a 2-STARS as the black cartridge would not work and I expected the least out of the Customer Service, but to my amazement once I conveyed the seller of the bad cartridge the Customer Service Department followed up with my complaint real quick and shipped me a new cartridge without any charge or returns !! Both the cartridges are working fine for me.
Hence I would recommend this product as it comes with a very good after-sale customer Service.
